Grammie’s Halibut with Dill Sauce

Hallibut Fillets

Best Foods Real Mayonnaise

Lemon juice

Beau Monde seasoning

Dill weed

Lemon Pepper

Garlic Salt

 

Cut fillets 1/2 inch thick.  Place on a broiler pan.  Squeeze lemon juice on fillets.  Layer mayo 1/4 inch thick on top.  Dot with butter.  Sprinkle with spices.  Broil 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
