Mother’s Day Breakfast Casserole

2 cups soft bread crumbs (use food processor)

1 1/2 cup milk

1 tsp salt

3 eggs, separated

1 1/2 cup grated cheese

1/2 tsp paprika

1 cup meat (ham, bacon, and sausage)

1/2 cup onion,chopped

1 can mushrooms, drained

 

Beat egg whites until stiff.  Mix remaining ingredients together including egg yolks, then fold in egg whites.  Pour into  a greased 9x9 pan.  Bake 35-40 minutes.  May use asparagus  or other veggies.  Double for a 9x13 pan.
