Yogurt Chicken

2 cups crushed Ritz crackers

3 T. parmesan cheese

2 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp seasoned salt

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup plain yogurt

 

Mix cracker crumbs, cheese, and salts in a pie tin.  Dip chicken pieces in yogurt and then in crumb mixture.  Place on a cookie sheet and bake uncovered for 1 hour.
