Basmati Rice

2 cups Basmati Rice

3 cans chicken broth

2 t garlic

2 t salt

minced onions (sprinkled by sight)

parsley

1 chicken bullion cube, crushed

1/2 cube of butter, chopped into pieces

 

In a 9x13 dish, add in rice, broth, garlic and salt. Sprinkle minced onions, parsley, butter and bullion cube.  Cover with tinfoil.  Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.  Take the tin foil off then bake for 15 minutes more.
