This is by far the best way to eat corn – one of my favorites during the holidays!
1 lb. frozen corn
1 1/2 cups cream
1 1/3 T. butter
1/2 t. salt
2 T. sugar
3 T. parmesan cheese
1. Make a paste with the butter and some flour in a large pan. Add some Cream to paste mixture and boil for 5 minutes.
2. Add corn, remaining cream, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil on low heat.
3. Pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake or broil until brown on top.
Double for a 9x13 size pan.
