Chocolate Fondue

7 ounces milk chocolate, grated

1/4 cup and 1 tsp of heavy cream

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp white sugar

1 T and 1/4 tsp hot water

 

In a saucepan, over medium heat, melt the chocolate with heavy cream.  Mix in the vanilla, sugar and hot water.  Continue to heat, stirring frequently, until mixture is smooth.
