Grammie’s Sunflower Seed Broccoli Salad

5 cups broccoli, chopped

1 red onion, chopped

1 (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, grated

1 cup mayo

1/4 cup sugar

2 T vinegar

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped

 

Mix broccoli, onion and chesses together.  Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar in a bowl.  Add broccoli, sunflower seeds and bacon.  Chill 12 hours.
