Denny’s Moons over my Hammy

2 slices sourdough bread

6 slices deli sliced ham (thin)

2 slices American cheese

2 slices Swiss Cheese

2 large eggs

2 T softened butter

1 T milk

Crack 2 eggs into a small bowl and add milk and mix together well.  Place Ham in a heated skillet, and brown on each side, for 1-2 minutes.  Set ham aside.  Add 1 tsp of butter to the skillet, and pour scrambled eggs into pan.  Cook until eggs are done.  It is best not to stir the eggs much and to cook them more like an omelet.  When eggs are done, set aside.

Build sandwich by buttering one slice of bread and putting the buttered side down into the skillet.  Then add 2 slices of American cheese, then the eggs, then ham, then Swiss cheese.  Top with remaining slice of sourdough bread.  Cook on low to low-medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until the bread is toasted.  Cut in half when serving.
